When I was 6, my parents took me to Wang Feng’s concert, it was very impressive for me especially the band’s playing. After that I started to show interests in playing guitar, and I told my parents that I wanted to learn to play the guitar.
From then on, my parents sent me to the guitar training class every Sunday morning. This was an extra class and I needed to finish my school homework by Saturday. For what learned from guitar class on Sunday, I had to practice at home every night, because skills come from practicing, I spent every weekend on guitar training class no matter sunny days or rainy days, day after day, year after year, my little fingers got callus, and I passed Grade 4, Grade 6 and this year Grade 8. And last year, after 3 qualification trials, I was finally qualified to go to Beijing to compete at the Nationals, I was very excited and a bit nervous when I started to stand on the stage. Hard work pays off, I finally won the National First Prize in the teenage group of guitar. I was so proud of myself!
As we all know, the only way to achieve success is to work hard. Just as a saying goes, “no pains, no gains”. Have you ever seen a man who succeeds just by idling? It Is sure that the answer is "No". Therefore, if you want to accomplish something, you must take great pains, otherwise you will gain nothing.
没有付出就没有回报。我想这句话放之四海皆准之。就好比我，一位热爱吉他的男孩儿。在我六岁的时，汪峰的演唱会上乐队的演奏给我留下了十分深刻的印象，从那以后我就对吉他产生了浓厚的兴趣。从此以后，我在每周日的上午去参加吉他培训班，还必须在每周六之前完成校内作业。而且，每个夜晚，我都得训练弹奏课上所学，因为技能来自实践。如此循环，日复一日，年复一年，我的手指也因此长了茧，同时，我也通过了吉他四级，六级以及今年的八级。去年，在经过三次的资格评审后，我终于能够有幸去首都北京参加全国性比赛。付出终有回报，我在少年组中获得了一等奖的成绩，我为自己感到自豪！众所周知，努力是通往成功的必经之路。因为“没有付出就没有回报”。你可曾见过一人是靠虚度时光而成功的呢？因此，如果你想完成一件事情，就得努力付出，否则将一无所获。（指导老师：胡佳嘉）
